Who you are buying from

This site is operated by PRIVATE LABEL CROWN S.L., at Calle Mata Parda 13, 46184 San Antonio de Benagéber, Valencia, España. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil it — the item is out of stock, or there is an obvious pricing error — we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not quietly substitute something else.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your currency, with taxes where they apply. Payment is taken when you order, through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times and costs are on the Shipping & Delivery page. You can return an item within 30 days under the Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using this site

The text, images and design here belong to us or to our suppliers. Use them for your own reference; do not copy them for a commercial purpose. Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for a product used against its instructions. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live — those apply on top of this.

If something goes wrong

Email us first. Most problems are settled in one message, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
