What to put in your message
If you have already ordered, include your order number and the email address you used. With those two we can find everything; without them our first reply is us asking for them, and that costs you a day.
The quick answers
- Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping email. If it has not moved in a week, write to us and we will chase the carrier.
- I want to return something. See Returns & Refunds — you have 30 days.
- I need to change the address. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will change it if it has not shipped.
- It arrived damaged. Send a photo with your order number and we will sort it out.
