Who is responsible

What we collect
- When you order: name, delivery address, email, phone and what you bought.
- When you pay: nothing. The payment is handled by our payment provider, and your card details never reach our servers.
- When you browse: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser, and which advert or link brought you here.
- When you write to us: whatever is in your message.
Why we use it
- To take, ship and support your order. We cannot do that without it.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations, which require keeping invoices for several years.
- To understand which pages and adverts work, so we spend our money on the ones that do.
- To detect fraud and protect the site.
Who else sees it
Only companies that need it to do their part: the payment provider, the carrier that delivers your parcel, our email and hosting providers, and our accountants. They may only use it to provide that service. We do not sell your data, and we never have.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data for as long as tax law requires. Support emails for two years. Analytics in aggregate, without identifying you individually.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Email us and we will answer within a month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
